The dataset was filtered to retain only the administrative capitals Cotonou (Benin), La Paz (Bolivia), St. Helier (Channel Islands), Abidjan (Cote d'Ivoire), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Pretoria (South Africa), and Colombo (Sri Lanka).
