Country-owned results frameworks (CRFs) are the monitoring and evaluation systems used to achieve and reportdevelopment results. This measure assesses whether providers of development assistance design theirinterventions by drawing on indicators from the developing country's CRFs which reflect the recipients developmentpriorities and goals.
